About me
Brandi McWilliams has been the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at McPherson Public Schools for nearly 10 years. Before stepping into administration, she spent time in the classroom as a teacher in both Kansas and Colorado. She later transitioned into leadership as a school principal before moving into her current role.
Brandi is passionate about fostering an environment where both students and teachers can grow—not just in terms of data and achievement, but also in building meaningful relationships inside and outside the school.
A fun fact about Brandi—she loves to jam out to music while she works, and rap is her go-to for focus and motivation!
